COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. x.00 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources -Personnel and Organizational <br />Development Division provides training, facilitation, and consulting support to all departments' <br />of the County in order to continually improve both personnel and organizational effectiveness; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel and Organizational Development Division will be holding <br />the 2009 Office Support Staff Conference "Thriving in Tough Times" at the Nani Mau Gardens <br />on Thursday, May 14, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of this annual conference is to recognize the County's office <br />support staff for their hard work and dedication by giving them a "special" day to get together <br />and share ideas while attending training sessions that would enhance their work performance; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Human Resources to be used towards the 2009 Office Support Staff <br />Conference; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.151.5151.11 Department of Human Resources $1,000 <br />Training Expenses <br />(2009 Office Support Staff Conference) <br />
