An additional gated access <br /> <br /> should be provided at the mauka end of the property to the existing County <br /> flood control access road for emergency access purposes and be gated. The <br /> <br /> applicant shall provide a left turn storage lane on [Hualalai] Hualalai Road to <br /> <br /> the subject property prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
