The Consolidated Plan includes the HUD's "Logic Mode/. ° The Model sets the <br />goals, problems/needs, resources (inputs), activities, and outcomes for the next <br />five years. P/ease see the Fair Housing goals that the County plans to achieve in <br />2009 in the Performance Measures Model. <br />The County has converted the "Logic Mode/" to Performance Measures Model to <br />comply with the amended Consolidated Plan Regulations effective March 13, <br />2006. The "Goa/s" in the Logic Model and the Indicators in the Performance <br />Measures Model are the SAME however, some of the terminology has changed to <br />reflect the new terms used in the regulations. The County has included the <br />objectives and outcomes in the new Performance Measures Model.
