COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1.13 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DES[GNATEll FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the 2009 Kamehameha Festival will be held on June 11, 2009 at Coconut <br />Island from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and <br />WHEREAS, the Festival will feature entertainment, food and cultural presentations, art <br />and craft booths and is a alcohol, substance and tobacco free event open to the public; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used towards the 2009 Kamehameha Festival; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $500 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5517.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $500 <br />Culture & Arts OCE <br />(2009 Kamehameha Festival) <br />
