COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 115 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Boys and Girls Club of the Big Island-Hilo Club is a non profit <br />organization serving approximately 400 youths of the Hilo Community ages six through <br />seventeen; and <br />WHEREAS, the Positive Youth Development After-School Program incorporates daily <br />implementation of the Boys and Girls Club five Core Program Areas, which includes activities <br />that address character and leadership development; education and career development; health <br />and life skills; the arts; and sports, fitness and recreation; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br />the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to be used for operational expenses for the Boys and <br />Girls Club of the Big Island -Hilo Club; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $5,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $5,000 <br />Prosecuting Attorney OCE, Misc.
