<br /> <br /> <br /> ~,wtv os N,~ <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 119 49 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Laupahoehoe Swimming Pool was closed to the Public and a major <br /> renovation began on August 11, 2008; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the facility's locker room, pool deck, office, and pool basin were <br /> completely renovated and refurbished, the roof of the building was replaced, and the pump room <br /> was given a partial renovation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, new lane lines were not included in the renovation which is scheduled to be <br /> completed and the pool reopened in late April or early May of 2009; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief Funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation for purchase of new lane lines to be installed at <br /> Laupahoehoe Swimming Pool; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set for the below: <br /> <br /> FUND: GENERAL: <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br /> <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC - Contingency Relief $5,000 <br /> <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> <br /> 010.500.5517.02 Parks and Recreation $5,000 <br /> Aquatic Pools OCE <br /> (Laupahoehoe Swimming Pool lane lines) <br />
