JMiv os Nei <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII '• STATE OF HAWAII <br />•. yr~a.e'-~ <br />• Of ~N~' <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11.1. 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Kalae Iki baseball clinics have regularly attracted numerous participants <br />in a tun, family-oriented event around baseball; and <br />WHEREAS, this year, in addition to the clinics given by baseball clinicians from around <br />the United States, there will also be a community presentation on "How to Prepare Your Child <br />for College"; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used towards funding of lodging for clinicians for <br />the Kalae Iki baseball clinic from July 17-19, 2009 at the Kailua-Kona Baseball Complex; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE [T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIE OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $500 <br />OUT' AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $500 <br />CREDITED "f0: <br />010.500.>507.21 Department of Parks & Recreation $500 <br />Recreation Div.
