An advertising campaign to include, but not be limited to, <br /> advertisements in trade publications such as The Hollywood <br /> Reporter, Variety, Film and Video, MilIimetLr, Locations, Location <br /> <br /> Update, etc.: <br /> 2. Promotional activities to include, but not be limited to, program <br /> sponsorships and promotional materials ::nd items for promoting <br /> <br /> the Counts' of Hawaii as a production location; and <br /> 3. A detailed budget for activities proposed in the PLAN. <br /> B. Represent Hawaii County and the State at filrn industry trade shows, <br /> festivals and conferences such as: Cineposium, Association of Film <br /> <br /> Commissioners International "Locations", and Film Hawaii USA. <br /> CONTRACT OR shall: <br /> 1. Submit for STATE approval within 20 days prior to each of the <br /> <br /> aforementioned events, a report to include, but not be limited to: <br /> a. Goals and objectives for attending the event; and <br /> b. A schedule of activities for the event. <br /> <br /> 2. Submit for STATE approval within 45 days following each of the <br /> aforementioned events, a written report to include, but not be <br /> limited to: <br /> a.
