COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. ]L24 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Ka`u Rural Health Community Association (KRHCA), a 501(c)(3) <br />nonprofit organization, strive to educate all ages of the public on health and safety issues; and <br />WHEREAS, among the many programs sponsored and hosted by KRHCA are ones that <br />serve to educate young men and women for careers in roles for public and private health care <br />services; and <br />WHEREAS, critical to achieving these goals is connectivity to the world of information <br />and wealth of remote educational programs available via the Internet; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from council district 6 will be appropriated to the <br />Civil Defense Agency to help fund the Ka`u Rural Health Community Association's web and <br />video connectivity; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,308 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,308 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.241.5241.02 Civil Defense Agency $1,308 <br />Civil Defense AGC OCE, Misc. Contract Services <br />(KRHCA/web and video connectivity) <br />
