COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />'133 ®9 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPI20PRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Envision Downtown Hilo 2025 (EDH 2025) Community-Based <br />Vision and Living Action Plan was developed through a grassroots effort in order to create a <br />unified vision for the future of Downtown Hilo; and <br />WHEREAS, Phase II implementation of the plan, called for the creation of a volunteer <br />committee called the VisionKeepers to keep the plan alive, visible and off the shelf; and <br />WHEREAS, the VisionKeepers have developed a support network with Lead Solution <br />Partners from community organizations, County Government, etc., who have committed to <br />helping with implementing the plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the VisionKeepers has begun the process of community involvement to <br />develop guidelines for the five-year Action Plan Update to be unveiled in 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br />the Planning Department towards the EDH 2025 VisionKeepers five-year Action Plan Update <br />and Design Guidelines; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL: <br />AMOUNT OP <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,500 <br />CKEDITED TO: <br />010.141.5141.02 Planning Department $1,500 <br />Planning OCE, Misc.
