COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1'41 ®9 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, Maku`u Neighborhood Watch program, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, <br />in association with the Hawaii County Police Department, works diligently in public safety <br />activities for their community; and <br />WHEREAS, the Maku`u Neighborhood Watch program has never received contingency <br />relief funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the Maku`u Neighborhood Watch program is in need of funds for its <br />operations; and <br />WHEREAS, the funds will be used to purchase materials and supplies to support the <br />Neighborhood Watch program; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to <br />the Hawaii Police Department to provide financial assistance to the Maku`u Neighborhood <br />Watch program; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,100 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />'~ 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,100 <br />~ CREDITED TO: <br />010.201.5203.02 Police Department $1,100 <br />Police Admin Div-OCE, Educ-Recr-Scientif <br />(Maku`u Neighborhood Watch District 5) <br />
