<br /> <br /> <br /> 4oJNiv of <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br /> •r a <br /> 1F~ GF•NI.Y <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 145 09 <br /> <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATIONS OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources - Division of Personnel & <br /> Organization Development provides training, facilitation and consulting suppport to all <br /> departments of the County in order to continually improve both personnel and organizational <br /> effectiveness; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel and Organizational Development Division will be holding <br /> the 2009 County Office Support Staff Conference "Thriving in Tough Times," which will be <br /> held at Nani Mau Gardens, Garden Court in Hilo on Thursday, May 14, 2009; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this annual conference offer County's office support staff a day of <br /> participating in highly interactive workshops, training sessions enhancing their employee skills <br /> and support that will help them thrive at work and home; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Human Resources to provide funding toward the 2009 County Office Support <br /> Staff Conference; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> ! following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> <br /> FUND: General <br /> <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $ 350 <br /> <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC - Contingency Relief $ 350 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> <br /> 010.151.5151.11 Department of Human Resources <br /> Training Expenses <br /> (2009 County Office Support Staff Conference) $ 350 <br /> i <br />
