We have therefore, secured the option to lease <br /> a new model which should significantly increase the productivity of our clerical staff. The most <br /> advantageous option to procure this machine is through a five year lease. <br /> <br /> Accordingly, we are sending to you the attached draft for a resolution, and requesting the <br /> consideration of the Council in granting the necessary approval. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> D.
