Lau of Hilo to the Hawaii <br /> County Pension Board to replace Michie M. Kuwaye of Hilo, whose term will <br /> expire on December 31, 1998. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Lau is a lifetime resident of Hawaii and is a retired educator from the State <br /> of Hawaii Department of Education. She is a director with the United Way, Chair <br /> of Chinese Bicentennial Commission, and a member of the Chinese Civic <br /> Association.
