COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />162 ®9 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides a wide array of services <br />for the public with excellence, integrity and aloha; and <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Division provides a diverse recreation program that <br />addresses the needs and interests of the respective communities in a safe environment with zero <br />tolerance for illegal drugs and violence; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division to be used in support of <br />community functions in District 4; now, Cherefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $200 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $200 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $200 <br />Recreation Division OCE <br />(Community Functions District 4) <br />
