<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 0 V OF <br /> u <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> BILL NO. 77 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER'S PERMIT <br /> AND LICENSE FEES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to amend section 24-20, Motor vehicle <br /> <br /> driver's permit and license fees, by adding terms of valid licenses in compliance with the State <br /> Legislature's passage of Act 50 and updating fees. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 4, section 24-20, of the Hawai'i County Code <br /> <br /> 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 24-20.
