SECTION 6. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof is <br />held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which <br />can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of <br />this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 7. As required by Section 10 -6(a) of the Hawai'i County Charter, the estimated <br />cost of each capital improvement pending or proposed to be undertaken, the estimated operating <br />cost, and the pending or proposed method of financing are set forth in the attached Project Data <br />and /or Financial Impact Statement sheets. <br />SECTION 8.
