COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 3 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 9'7 11 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br /> HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br /> REGULATIONS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 29, article 10, division 1, <br /> section 24-253.1, schedule 1.1 (15 mile per hour limit), subsection <br /> (c) Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding the <br /> following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Amauulu Road Wainaku Street to a point two <br /> hundred twenty feet mauka of Waimalino Lane. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this <br /> ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br /> application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br /> such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br /> provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 9.
