COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1"70 <br />09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, Hawaii Academy of Arts & Science(HAAS) Project Grad Night 2009 promotes <br />safe driving and camaraderie for the HAAS Charter School graduating seniors and to provide afun- <br />filled, drug and alcohol free celebration with food, entertainment and activities; and <br />WHEREAS, Project Grad Night ensures adrug-free and alcohol-free environment for seniors <br />and their guest to celebrate this important transition in their lives; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the <br />Department of Liquor Control to be used towards HAAS Charter School's Project Grad Night; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.251.5251.39 Department of Liquor Control $2,000 <br />Public Programs, Misc. Contract Services <br />(HAAS Charter School Grad Night 2009) <br />
