COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />1'74 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, there are many improvements that need to be implemented in park <br />facilities in Council District 2; and <br />WHEREAS, these improvements include, but are not limited to, fencing, gates, <br />building renovations, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the procedures for the procurement and installation of these <br />improvements is a complicated and lengthy process; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated <br />to the Department of Parks and Recreation, Transfer to Capital Project Fund G for park <br />improvements; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $35,241.65 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $35,241.65 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $35,241.65 <br />Transfer to Capital Project Fund-G <br />(To be allotted to Discretionary Projects - <br />Council District 2 - 110.599.5599.85) <br />
