The Office o Housing and <br /> Community Development (OHCD) has requested, and I recommend, that the <br /> attached Ordinance be placed on the Council agenda for 1Reading and <br /> be waived from the Hawaii County Housing Agency. <br /> Timely approval is crucial. To ensure timely expenditures, the <br /> State's Department of Labor and Industrial Relations will require that <br /> these funds be spent by June 30, 2009.
