Hawai'i 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred <br /> Communication No. 251, regarding Bill 62, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Bill 62, transmitted by Director of Public Works, Warren H.W.
