COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 23 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 9`7 25 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br /> HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br /> REGULATIONS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, <br /> schedule 28 (NO parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of <br /> the Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding the following to be <br /> appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~Z Hualalai Street. Hamakua side. beginning at <br /> Kilauea Avenue and extending two hundred <br /> twenty-three feet in the mauka direction. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this <br /> ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br /> application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br /> such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br /> provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
