COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. sa <br />ORDINANCE NO. 09 54 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the <br />following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />3308.37 Federal Grants -Buses & Bus Shelter Materials - ARRA General $ 977,812 <br />Total $ 977,812 <br />SECTION 2.
