COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />1'7~ ® 9 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, Kua O Ka La Public School's Grad Night is a drug- and alcohol-free event where <br />graduating seniors can safely celebrate with their friends, family and invited community members in a <br />positive and healthy environment; and <br />WHEREAS, in addition to providing meals and refreshments, this event also provides fun and <br />exciting activities such as games, dancing, and entertainment; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the <br />Department of Liquor Control to help defray some of the cost associated with Kua O Ka La Public <br />School's Grad Night; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $2,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.251.5251.39 Department of Liquor Control $2,000 <br />Public Programs, Misc. Contract Services <br />(Kua O Ka La Public Charter School's Grad <br />Night 2009) <br />
