COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />~.'~.9 ®9 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the Hawaii Fire Department has the responsibility of protecting life and <br />property from fire and multifarious emergencies; and <br />WHEREAS, the Waiakea Fire Station is responsible for all marine rescue in East <br />Hawaii, covering the ocean from South Point to Waipi`o Valley; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br />the Hawaii Fire Department to purchase scuba tanks racks for the new Force rescue boat at <br />Waiakea Fire Station; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated asset forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.221.5221.10 Hawaii Fire Department $1,000 <br />Fire Protection-Eqpt, Misc. Equipment <br />(Scuba Tank Rack) <br />
