The attached resolution and <br /> accompanying bill is the result of that analysis and subsequent drafting to bring the general plan into <br /> accordance with the charter. <br /> <br /> There are two instances of "Planning Commission" appearing in the singular context in the <br /> general plan that do not require amendment.
