COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9,89 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br />FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the Prime Time Football Clinic will be held on July 18, 2009, and in past years <br />has been a tremendous success, providing Hawaii County youth with the opportunity to receive <br />instruction from division 1 college coaches; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has requested additional funds to assist <br />with air travel and lodging for participating coaches from Honolulu; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the <br />Department of Parks and Recreation to assist with air fare and lodging costs associated with the Prime <br />Time Football Clinic; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: GENERAL <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,000 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $1,000 <br />Recreation Div OCE, Educ-Recr-Scientif <br />(Prime Time Football Clinic) <br />
