<br /> FC-12 Page 2 June 1, 2009 <br /> Comm. 372: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ON 08-106 OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> (Bill 92) HAWAII, PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION <br /> BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING VARIOUS PUBLIC <br /> IMPROVEMENTS DESCRIBED THEREIN. {amends the Ordinance's attachment <br /> noted as Exhibit A, Draft 2, by replacing it with a new exhibit which adjusts funding <br /> for various projects based on actual needs that differ from the estimates in the <br /> original bond ordinance; adds a new project, Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant <br /> (WWTP) Sludge Removal, because it needs to be done concurrently with the WWTP <br /> Aeration Upgrade. There is no change to the total amount of the bond authorization. } <br /> From Finance Director Nancy E.
