<br />At the request of the Administration, for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 37,
<br />Drafr 3. This proposed amendment would appropriately recalculate Section 1, the source of
<br />funding and rearranges the placement of the projects appropriately in Section 2, as follows:
