<br /> <br /> FC Report No. 56 <br /> Bill No. 50 <br /> Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Councilmember Yagong indicated that because this bill allows for the possibility of raises that it could be <br /> negatively perceived by the public and union employees who are being asked to not request raises in the <br /> upcoming fiscal year. <br /> <br /> County Clerk Ken Goodenow was asked what would happen if no changes were passed by the Council <br /> and he responded that the charter requires the ordinance to be adopted annually.
