As explained in <br /> your letter, road lot TMK: (3) 1-7-016:050 is a private road serving three other parcels rather <br /> than a driveway to a 'single parcel. Further, requiring you to solely bear the cost of such <br /> improvements would be a financial hardship. <br /> Based on the above, we concur with your request and waive this requirement.
