The Office of Housing and <br /> Community Development (OHCD) has requested, and I recommend, that the <br /> attached Ordinance be placed on the Council agenda for I't Reading and <br /> be waived from the Hawaii Countv Housing Agency. <br /> Timely approval is crucial in order to meet contracting deadlines. It <br /> is therefore critical that approval is granted and the matter be <br /> placed onto the June 16, 2009 Council agenda.
