COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />195 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, funds are needed for improvements, repairs, upgrades, and modifications <br />at various parks in Council District 4; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Parks and Recreation for park improvements in Council District 4; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $221.65 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $221.65 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $221.65 <br />Trans to Cap Proj Fund-G <br />(To be allotted to Discretionary <br />Projects -Council Dist 4 <br />110.599.5599.87) <br />
