COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 196 ®9 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). <br />WHEREAS, the residents of District 5 actively use the numerous Parks and Recreation <br />amenities on a daily basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the County facilities range in activities requiring various types of <br />equipment, maintenance and repair; and <br />WHEREAS, these needed contingency funds will enhance the ability of the general <br />public to safely enjoy and regularly use County recreational areas; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is supportive in maintaining safe <br />facilities for all park users; and <br />WHEREAS, the community will fully benefit from acquiring the various projects needed <br />in District 5; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Parks and Recreation for park improvements in Council District 5; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,257.65 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,257.65 <br />
