Prior to Final Subdivision Annroval the [The developer] annlicant shall prepare a <br /> Solid Waste Management Plan for the the .proposed development w' 'i <br /> subject ~pertv meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works. <br /> I. An archaeological study/survey of the subject property shall be prepared and <br /> submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director in consultation with <br /> the Department of Land and Natural Resources-Historic Preservation Division <br /> (DLNR-HPD), prior to the submittal of plans for subdivision review or any land <br /> alteration activity of the subject propertv, whichever occurs first. Should <br /> significant historical sites be found within the subject property which merit <br /> preservation or the implementation of mitigative measures, the applicants shall <br /> prepare and submit an azchaeological preservation mitigation plan for review and <br /> approval by the Planning Director in consultation with DLNR-HPD, prior to the <br /> issuance of Final Subdivision Approval or any land alteration activity of the <br /> subj~t pronertv, whichever occurs first. <br /> 7. Should any unidentified sites or remains such as artifacts, shell, bone, or <br /> charcoal deposits, human burials, rock or coral alignments, pavings or walls be <br /> encountered, work in the immediate area shall cease, and the DLNR-HPD shall <br /> be immediately notified.
