<br /> H. An archaeological preservation plan shall be prepared and submitted for review <br /> and approval by the Planning Director, in consultation with the Department of <br /> Land and Natural Resources-Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPD). <br /> Approved mitigation measures shall be implemented prior to or in conjunction <br /> with any land alterations within the project area. <br /> <br /> I. An anchialine pond research report and preservation plan shall be prepared and <br /> submitted for approval with the DLNR-HPD. Approved mitigation measures <br /> shall be implemented prior to or in conjunction with any land alterations within <br /> the project area. <br /> <br /> J. Should any unidentified sites or remains such as artifacts, shell, bone, or <br /> charcoal deposits, human burials, rock or coral alignments, pavings or walls be <br /> encountered, work in the immediate area shall cease and the DLNR-HPD shall <br /> be immediately notified. Subsequent work shall proceed upon an archaeological <br /> clearance from the DLNR-HPD when the DLNR-HPD finds that sufficient <br /> mitigative measures have been taken. <br /> K. Comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and requirements, including <br /> those of the Department of Health, Fire Department and Department of Water <br /> Supply. <br /> L. Should the Council adopt a Unified Impact Fees Ordinance setting forth criteria <br /> for the imposition of exactions or the assessment of impact fees, conditions <br /> included herein shall be credited toward the requirements of the Unified Impact <br /> Fees Ordinance. <br /> -4- <br /> <br />
