No. 165-09 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:06 a.m. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 165-09, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 165-09, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 334, <br /> dated May 6, 2009, authorizes the acceptance of a donation of two (2) Seagrave Fire Pumpers from the <br /> County of Maui, and to enter into a related "release, hold harmless, and indemnity agreement" for any and <br /> all liability resulting from the transfer of ownership and control of these vehicles.
