2. 135° 10' 563.09 feet along Lot 2 of Block 2 of Kaloko <br /> Mauka Subdivision, Increment 1 (File <br /> Plan 994) and along the remainder of Royal <br /> Patent 8214, Land Commission <br /> Award 7715, Apana 11 to Lota <br /> Kamehameha to a point; <br /> Thence, for the next three (3) courses following along the Southeasterly and <br /> Southerly sides of Kaloko Drive: <br /> 3. 194° 20' 291.67 feet to a point; <br /> Thence, following on a curve to the right with a radius of 760.00 feet, the chord <br /> azimuth and distance being: <br /> 4. 254° 45' 1,321.85 feet to a point; <br /> 5. 315° ] 0' 60.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing <br /> an area of 22.150 Acres. <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br /> <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> SECTION 2. This change in district classification is conditioned upon the following: <br /> <br /> A.
