7. 125 ° 00' 617.28 feet along the remainder of R.P. 6856, L.C. <br /> Aw. 7713, Apana 6 to V. Kamamalu, and <br /> the Northeasterly side of Kealii Street; <br /> 8. Thence along the Northeasterly side of Kealii Street, <br /> on a curve to the right with a radius of <br /> 970.00 feet, the chord azimuth and distance <br /> being: <br /> 147° 32' 743.45 feet; <br /> <br /> 9. 170° 04' 433.96 feet along the Northeasterly side of Kealii <br /> Street to the point of beginning and <br /> containing an Area of 21.319 Acres, more or <br /> less. <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by <br /> reference made a part hereof. <br /> SECTION 2. This change in district classification is conditioned upon the following: <br /> A. The applicant, its successors or assigns, shall be responsible for complying <br /> with all of the stated conditions of approval. <br /> B. The required water commitment payment shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Water Supply in accordance with its "Water Commitment <br /> Guidelines Policy" within ninety (90) days from the effective date of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> C. Final Subdivision Approval for the proposed subdivision development within <br /> the subject property shall be secured from the Planning Director within five <br /> (5) yeazs from the effective date of the Change of Zone ordinance. <br /> D. All interior subdivision roadways shall be constructed to County dedicable <br /> roadway standards meeting with the approval of the Department of Public <br /> Works. <br /> E. Access to the subject property from Kealii Street and/or Kaluna Street shall <br /> meet with the requirements of the Department of Public Works. None of the <br /> subdivided lots within the subject property shall have direct access to Kealii <br /> Street. <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
