[I]J. The applicant shall comply with all requirements of the Department of <br /> Transportation, including the submittal of construction plans. <br /> [J]K. A Solid Waste Management Plan shall be approved by the Department of Public <br /> Works in conjunction with Final Subdivision Approval. <br /> [K]L. In conjunction with Final Subdivision Approval, any water system improvements <br /> [shall be installed], including but not limited to. extending the existing ] 2-inch <br /> waterline along Milo Street approximately 500 lineal feet to the subject property, <br /> shall be installed meeting with the approval of Department of Water Supply. <br /> [L]M. Wastewater system for each proposed lot shall be constructed, meeting with the <br /> approval of the Department of Health. <br /> The aonlicants. successors or assigns shall be re~onsible for comnlvine with all <br /> requirements of Chapter 205. Hawaii Revised Statutes, relating to permissible <br /> uses within the State Land Use Agricultural District for the agricultural zoned azea <br /> within the subject pro en rtv. <br /> <br /> O. Should any remains of historic sites. such as rock walls. terraces platforms. <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials. be encountered. work in the <br /> immediate area shall cease and the Department of Land and Natural <br /> Resources-Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPDI shall be immediately <br /> notitled Subsequent work shall proceed upon an archaeological clearance from <br /> the DLNR-HPD when it finds that sufficient mitigative measures have been taken. <br /> [M]P.
