Section 25-114, Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be General Commercial (CG-20): <br /> Beginning at the westerly corner of this parcel of land and on the northeasterly side of <br /> Kinoole Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey <br /> Triangulation Station "HALM" being 2,706.52 feet South and 6,155.80 feet East and <br /> running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. Following along a curve to the'right having a radius of 20.00 feet, the chord <br /> azimuth and distance being: <br /> l93° 10' 28.28 feet; <br /> 2. 238° 10' 150.00 feet along the southeast side of Kamana <br /> Street; <br /> 3. 328° 10' 125.00 feet along Lot 10, Block 82 of Waiakea <br /> Houselots, 2nd Series; <br /> 4. 58° 10' 170.00 feet along Lot 12, Block 82 of Waiakea <br /> Houselots, 2nd Series; <br /> <br />
