<br /> D. In conjunction with Final Consolidation/Resubdivision Approval, all subdivision <br /> access(es), intersection improvements and drainage improvements shall be <br /> constructed in a manner meeting with the approval of the Department of Public <br /> Works. In addition, a 5-foot wide future road widening, fronting the subject <br /> project area along Chin Chuck Road, shall be delineated on the subdivision plans. <br /> The 5-foot wide future road widening area shall be dedicated to the County of <br /> Hawaii upon its request and at no cast to the County. <br /> <br /> E. In conjunction with the submittal of subdivision plans, a revised Traffic Impact <br /> Analysis Report which includes mitigating intersection roadway improvements, if <br /> applicable, shall be submitted for review and approval to the State Department of <br /> Transportation. <br /> <br /> F. Should any remains of historic sites, such as rock walls, terraces, platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials, be encountered, work in the <br /> immediate area shall cease and the Department of Land and Natural <br /> Resources-Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPD) shall be immediately <br /> notified. Subsequent work shall proceed upon an archaeological clearance from <br /> the DLNR-HPD when it finds that sufficient mitigative measures have been <br /> taken. <br /> G. Should the Council adopt a Unified Impact Fees Ordinance setting forth criteria <br /> for the imposition of exactions or the assessments of impact Fees, conditions <br /> included herein shall be credited towards the requirements of the Unified Impact <br /> Fees Ordinance. <br /> -g- <br /> <br />
