K. A Solid Waste Management Plan shall be approved by the Department of Public <br /> Works in conjunction with Final Subdivision Approval. <br /> L. In conjunction with Final Subdivision Approval, any water system improvements, <br /> including but not limited to, extending the existing 12-inch waterline along Milo <br /> Street approximately 500 lineal feet to the subject property, shall be installed <br /> meeting with the approval of Department of Water Supply. <br /> M. Wastewater system for each proposed lot shall be constructed, meeting with the <br /> approval of the Department of Health. <br /> <br /> N. The applicants, successors or assigns shall be responsible for complying with all <br /> requirements of Chapter 205, Hawaii Revised Statutes, relating to permissible <br /> uses within the State Land Use Agricultural District for the agricultural zoned area <br /> within the subject property. <br /> O. Should any remains of historic sites, such as rock walls, terraces, platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials, be encountered, work in the <br /> immediate area shall cease and the Department of Land and Natural <br /> Resources-Historic Preservation Division (DLNR-HPD) shall be immediately <br /> notified. Subsequent work shall proceed upon an archaeological clearance from <br /> the DLNR-HPD when it finds that sufficient mitigative measures have been taken. <br /> ~ Restrictive covenants in the deeds of all the proposed lots within the subject <br /> pronertv shall p~vide disclosure provisions relating to the location of the <br /> exi ling HELLO powe~lant at the subject pronertv's northern boundary and its <br /> possible odor noise and other impacts which may result from its existing <br /> activities A copy of the proposed covenant(,) to be recorded with the Bureau <br /> of onv yances shall be submitted to the Plarming Director for review and <br /> approval prior to the issuance of Final Subdivision Approval.
