The subject <br /> property (5.0 acres) is located in the Kanehoa Subdivision on the south side of Kawaihae <br /> Road approximately across from the 63 mile marker in Ouli, South Kohala, Hawaii <br /> TMK: 6-2-09:22 <br /> <br /> <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Andrew Kelsey is the fee owner of the subject property. <br /> <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 2. The applicant is proposing to create a two lot subdivision using a 3.821 acre portion <br /> of the existing lot along Keanuiomano Stream for Lot 22-B and a 2.000 acre parcel <br /> along Kanehoa Drive for Lot 22-A. <br /> <br /> 3. The lots will both access of off Kanehoa Drive. Lot 22-A will have direct access and <br /> Lot 22-B will be acessed from Kanehoa Drive via a pole on the proposed flag lot. See <br /> the Exhibits for a site plan. <br /> 4. The subject parcel is presently vacant and unused. <br /> <br /> 5. Electrical, telephone and cable television service are available to both lots through the <br /> underground utility system of the Kanehoa subdivision. <br /> 6.
