Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-274.1, schedule 22.1 (Traffic <br /> si nal s, stems , ara rah Kona, of the Hawaii Count Code 1983 (2005 Edition as ' <br /> g y ) P g P Y <br /> amended), is amended by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read as ' <br /> follows: <br /> Ali`i Drive/Kaleiopapa Road." <br /> <br /> ' SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> i underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br /> material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any ' <br /> person c?r circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision o~ <br /> ' application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> ~ SECTION 4.
