The construction of this project will be 1008 federal funded. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION ( E ADDITION L SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Due to the washout of the original culvert structure during the flood of <br /> November 2, 2000, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) authorized <br /> the release of Emergency Relief Funds for the construction of this <br /> project.
