Section 14-35. Sale to IVlinors. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any_person to offer for sale. sell or etve anv fireworks to <br /> minors. and for any minor to possess. purchase, or set off. tentte. or otherwtse cause to <br /> explode any fireworks, except as provided m section 14-36 <br /> Section 14-36.
