Kenoi, dated <br />May 11, 2009, presents a Request for Change of District Classification by Beth-An and Cary <br />Nishijima, at Waiakea Houselots, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-35:001 and 103. <br />Bill No. 87 seeks to change the zoning from Single-Family Residential - 10,000 square feet <br />(RS-10) to Industrial-Commercial Mixed - 20,000 (MCX-20) for the parcel which is <br />approximately 22,820 square feet in size. <br />There was no public testimony on the matter.
