Yesterday in telephone discussions with JasoniKillam, we offered payment of the $150 per unit <br />water commitment fee in advance of receiving a request for same from DWS. Jason does not <br />believe that can happen before our engineer (Leo Fleming) provides water demand calculations, <br />but we are nonetheless prepazed to do it as a sign of good faith. We are likewise ready, willing <br />and able to pay the required facilities chazges as soon as requested by DWS. This has always <br />been our desire and intent. <br />Untbrtunately, being outside the line of direct communication has caused much confusion and <br />misunderstanding for us all. Our goal is to put that behind. us and move forward with as much <br />speed as can be applied, to bring this project to completion. We aze sincerely grateful for your <br />personal involvement in helping to make this happen, as well as for the much-appreciated help <br />from DWS staff. <br />I am personally available to meet with you at any time,. in any place to kee~ things on track. Due <br />to a prior commitment, I will be out of State from Mazch 16"' to Mazch 30` ,and back in the <br />office on April I s`.
